At theplasticshop.co.uk we produce made-to-measure gaskets, washers and adhesive pads - press-cut or hand-cut to virtually any size, shape and spec, in any quantity, from an extensive range of standard and specialist materials.

Many can be supplied with self-adhesive backing. Our library of interchangeable tools covers countless OD × ID washer sizes, often avoiding new tooling costs. For thicker parts, our precision machining facility makes spacers and washers in PTFE, nylon and acetal.
