Ultra High Molecular Weight Polyethylene (UHMWPE/PE1000) - Virgin Grade

Having the highest molecular weight of our standard range of Polyethylene, ultra high molecular weight polyethylene - also referred to as UHMWPE or PE1000, is the most wear resistant. Particularly suited to applications such as chain guides, star wheels, wear strips etc. It retains the typical impact resistance of Polyethylene and can operate as low as -270ºC.

Ultra high molecular weight polyethylene is available in:

  • Sheet
  • Rod
  • Anti-static sheet
  • Wear strip
