Duratron® T4203 PAI
Duratron® T4203 PAI, previously known as Torlon® 4203 PAI, offers the best toughness and impact strength, combined with excellent compressive strength and the highest elongation of the Duratron® PAI grades. Because of its intrinsic high temperature resistance, high dimensional stability and good machinability, Duratron® T4203 PAI is very popular for precision parts in high-tech equipment.
In addition, its good electrical insulating ability provides numerous possibilities in the field of electrical components such as electrical connectors and insulators.
The ability of Duratron® T4203 PAI to carry high loads over a wide temperature range also makes it good for structural components eg. linkages or seal rings.
Duratron® T4203 PAI is subject to stock availability and/or manufacturing lead times and generally available in:
- Sheet: 6.35mm to 25.4mm thick
- Rod: 2.38mm to 50.8mm diameter
