PC 1000 engineering grade polycarbonate rod & sheet is a transparent amorphous thermoplastic, offering very high impact strength and high modulus of elasticity.

These properties, in addition to good electrical insulating and dielectric properties, make PC1000 polycarbonate an excellent choice for electrical/electronic applications.

Its strength, impact resistance and transparency also make it an ideal material for certain transparent structural applications such as sight glasses and windows.

Note This material is 'non-optical' industrial quality, and is used for its technical properties rather than aesthetic appearance.
